Factorio is an indie game under development by a small team in the Czech republic. I heard about it through some word-of-mouth advertising from some friends, and it sounded like something I'd been looking for for a long time. I got in contact with the Factorio team and snagged a review copy of the alpha. In this article, I'll lay the basics out and show you why I think it's worth your time.
Puzzle and Dragons exploded onto the scene in 2012 and firmly established the "collectible puzzle RPG" genre on mobile phones. These games are kind of similar to Pokemon, except that they feature puzzle-based combat in some form or fashion. As is the trend these days, any notable game attracts a million clones. In this article, I'll round up my favorite entries in this genre and give you my top 5 games like Puzzle and Dragons.
Return to "The Inventory" - a mystical place where your favorite characters go to relax between installments of their franchises. Here, no-limit Texas Hold'em is the name of the game. Can you outsmart Brock, Claptrap, Ash Williams, and Sam to take home mega (virtual) bucks and unlock all sorts of fun goodies?
For the past week or so, the guys at Humble Bundle have been putting out a new bundle every day. This should be something I'm excited about - I am passionate about getting good deals on games! However, this whole thing feels very, very wrong. I've been disappointed almost every day. I think I know why, though.
During the beta, I posted an article with my Titanfall beta impressions. However, the beta was just a small slice of the overall game experience. I was so impressed by the beta I decided to grab the game for my Xbox. Did the game survive the Xbox 360 port? Is it still fun after dozens more hours of play? I'll share my full impressions during this Titanfall review, focused on the Xbox 360 edition!
By far the most challenging part of Farmville 2: Country Escape is Eagle Eye Eddie. He makes outrageous demands on a daily basis, and he holds the key to unlocking all those precious Prized Animals. His stamps can be hard to get, though. In this guide, we'll cover my best 5 tips and tricks for dealing with Eddie!
With all the coverage we've had on the game recently, no doubt you know I've been playing a heck of a lot of Farmville 2: Country Escape. Now that I feel like I've had enough time with it, I'm ready to give it a thorough examination and come to a conclusion. Is Farmville 2: Country Escape worth playing? Read on to find out what I think.
It isn't all that often that a game comes along that is simple, fun, and new. This is doubly true for the mobile platforms, a [red ocean](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blue_Ocean_Strategy# Concept) constantly stained with the blood of competition. When I first encountered new legendary games like Where's My Water, Cut the Rope, or the 800 lb gorilla Angry Birds I was immensely impressed by the simple fun they conveyed. They represent what mobile gaming is supposed to be about - entertaining gameplay experienced in new encapsulated way that you can pick up and play, but will keep you coming back for more.
